A Brief Review of Apple Watch Series 4 and Apple Watch Series 3
Many have written off Apple Watch Series 4 as not being worth its initial asking price. They felt the need to weigh in their views by writing articles such as these. The truth is Apple Watch isn’t all that bad of an investment. It does have it’s drawbacks, but if you look deeper into the reviews and consumer reaction you’ll find the majority of people are pleased with Apple Watch.
One of the biggest problems with traditional watches is the fact that they don’t last long. In terms of drawbacks, expect around a year of battery life and limited support for other Apple devices just as with the Apple Watch 4. Speaking of, those are not huge negatives at all. Even with the new generation of the Apple Watch, this is still a pretty impressive smartwatch when compared to what’s out there today.
Apple Watch has two different versions, the first of which is the Apple Watch 5. This version adds many features and upgrades to last year’s model. For example, the face button can be used to instantly switch from the watch screen to the calculator, so users don’t even have to take their iPhone out of their pocket to do it. The watch also now comes with a new water resistant silicone band that Apple claims offers twice the battery life of the previous series 3 models.
There are a ton of great new additions to this year’s Apple Watch. Probably one of the most exciting ones is the Health application, which allows the user to see their overall fitness score in real time, as well as monitoring their heart rate and sleeping habits. If you want to know more about this watch, let me tell you a little bit about the Health app.
One of the biggest complaints against the older watches was the screen breaking easily. That’s not an issue anymore, because Apple Watch series 3 has a built-in compass feature. It’s not as precise as some of the GPS units out there, but it’s still good enough to give you an idea where you’re going. However, if you’re going off-road and you plan on using the compass, make sure that you turn it off when you get home. You wouldn’t want to accidentally trek into some sort of trouble down the road. Another handy feature is the ambient light sensor, which helps you determine when the sun is shining.
Apple Watch series 4 now comes with more than just fitness and the weather forecast. You’ll find many third party applications as well. For example, there’s an activity-based calculator and a calorie count display in addition to the weather forecast. There are many other apps as well, such as ones that let you keep track of your flights and other transportation like buses, trains and taxis. They can help you plan your trips better and make you more efficient.
If you use the Apple Watch as a fitness companion, there’s an even better feature. The new Nike Fuel app will allow you to keep track of your workout sessions on your watch. In addition to the time and the number of calories burned, the Nike Fuel app will also provide you with information on your pace, heart rate, time spent in each level of intensity and the number of sessions you’ve completed. This makes it very easy to stay motivated and on track as you can see exactly how effective your workouts are. In addition to the Nike Fuel app, watchmakers including Citizen, Adidas and Longitude have also created other apps to tie into the always-on screen.
Battery life is something that Apple Watch series 4 has been working on since its first launch. The new watch has a much longer battery life compared to the older models. Apple Watch series 4 is also tougher than the previous versions, making it more durable. The complications of the Apple Watch series 3 have also improved since the first model was launched. The new watches include a multi-directional heart rate monitor, a calorie counter and a GPS device. This functionality ensures that users don’t need to check their phone at all times while they’re running or exercising.
