Cooling Notebooks – The Corsair iCUE RGB 5000X With a Glass Panel

The Corsair iCUE RGB 5000X is a high-performance block of computing that’s designed to work like a mini-computer. The five-layer motherboard/motherboard design means this compact tower will fit in tight spaces, and you can even get some space between the computer parts for the CPU to run more smoothly. This computer is cooled by two fans, so you can expect no more noisy operation from it than you would get with other slim computer designs. It’s also extremely quiet, so you’ll be able to leave your regular desktop or laptop on without anyone even noticing.

Built from the top to include all the features you need for a gaming PC, the iCUE RGB 5000X includes standard ATX ports for connecting the main components of the machine, a PCI Express slot for connecting the graphics card and the USB port for connecting your keyboard and mouse. There are also slots for two fans on the front of the case, a full range of fans behind the glass, and then the block of computer components all the way back at the bottom. This design of a PC case allows for some real cooling options, and there are two fans positioned inside of the front of the unit. The rear of the case has enough space for a full tower, and then a PCI slot for adding on another graphics card.

The front of the case has some really neat features built in, including intakes for intake fans, a removable plate for a waterblock, and then dual intake plates on each side of the motherboard. Behind the glass, you’ll find the fan head for your graphics card, and then a single intake plate for the CPU. In the back, you’ll see the hard disk bays and the front intake fan. All these features help to provide you with plenty of air flow and cooling. The biggest thing that differentiates the Corsair iCUE RGB 5000X from others is its tempered glass panels, which help to provide a little more strength than regular computer glass and are therefore able to handle some more impact.

Speaking of impact, the two fans are encased in aluminum instead of the usual plastic. While this helps to dissipate heat and keep the components from over-heating, it does have the side effect of making the fans much more powerful. The fans have been designed specifically for over-heating situations and come with a pre-installed lifter, which ensures that they work perfectly with no chance of breaking or twisting. The aluminum construction also means that the iCUE is a lot cooler than the fans that come preinstalled on the other models of this machine.

When it comes to the inside of the iCUE RGB, there are more changes. You have an extra set of M.A.C plugs for the motherboard tray, which offers even more enhanced usability. These are not just cosmetic changes though, because the padding on the inside of the front of the machine is made from micro-thin, soft cushioning material. This helps to absorb any vibrations that the fans generate, so they are less likely to be knocked about during use.

One of the most important aspects of the inner workings of these units is the thermal design. Thermal design is largely concerned with the fins that push back the heated air from the fans and cool the surface that the computer is resting on. These fins are usually made of copper or brass, and because the iCUE RGB 5000X has five fans, each of them is capable of producing their own stream of air, meaning that each fan will get a significant amount of air flow. This means that your computer will be much cooler under load, which improves your overall computer performance.

One of the most impressive things about the iCUE RGB is the liquid cooling radiator that it uses. Because these panels are fairly small, they use a rather unusual cooling mechanism. Because the rear of the liquid cooling radiator is actually completely glass, it acts like an insulator and traps all of the heat from the fans within. This eliminates a large portion of the heat being conducted back into the rest of the computer system, where it can be used directly by the fans.

If you’re looking for a very cool and efficient computer, the Corsair iCUE RGB 5000X is one of the top options. The glass panel offers superb clarity and also the ability to block out external noises and even the heat generated by the fans. Because of its compact size, the radiator on the back of this model is able to be very unobtrusive. This means that this system can be installed in a wide variety of places, including under a desk or even on a desk of a bed.
