A Quick Look At The Huawei P40 Features

Huawei P40 features are not as innovative as some would assume. This doesn’t mean that the smartphone lacks power; it’s just that the company has been a bit more deliberate about how it approaches smartphone features. If you look at smartphones with big brand names like Sony Ericsson, Nokia, and Samsung, you can see how they design their phones to be unique. They create great user experiences and intuitive software experiences. The Android Market is dominated by two brands of smartphone makers: Samsung and Nokia.

When it comes to smartphone performance, there is little to complain about on the Huawei P40. It has a quad-core Android operating system, along with a powerful but low-powered clamshell. The result is a smartphone that offers fast and smooth operation, yet runs quietly and smoothly even when high-end features are used. Most of the apps you use to run smoothly and are responsive. There isn’t much background noise and the battery life lasts a full day and a half on average.

You won’t find a lot of memory in this phone. The microSD card that comes with the P40 can only store around four gigabytes of memory, which is about the minimum you can expect from an entry level smartphone. You can expect a lot of frequent storage and Internet browsing apps, along with plenty of multimedia content. The microSD card slot is located in a place where it is difficult to access and most people won’t bother buying a replacement.

This phone does not support facial recognition. Even if you have a professional Chinese IM service, you will not be able to unlock your P40’s front camera, which is another limitation. Despite having an excellent imaging sensor, the Huawei P40 features an ordinary f/2.0 lens, so photos and videos will look low-res and blurry. This should be expected since the front camera is just an average front-end camera, compared to the state of the art Face unlock technology on the iPhone and Galaxy S5.

The dual-core Exynos processor in this smartphone is the low-end part of the series. A lot of netbooks and tablets use these chipsets, but it will not perform as well or as quickly as the A10 mobile processor inside the iPhone and Galaxy S5. The dual-core A10 runs at a lower clock speed and has better power saving abilities. The lack of a full featured graphics card may limit your capabilities. You can, however enjoy all of the HDTV viewing capabilities of this device, thanks to the Huawei P40’s HDMI out port.

With a body that is slightly thicker than that of other smartphone thanks to its five-inch screen size, the huawei p40 review has to include some good thoughts about the build quality of this device. There isn’t any creaking or grinding noise, so you shouldn’t hear any squeaks under your keys. The dual-curved screen offers a nice view of the outside world, and the sides are made of tough glass to keep the device secure. The fingerprint scanner is located at the centre, and you’ll need to swipe your finger over it to register your name.

You’ll love the large LCD screen as it offers bright viewing even in bright sunlight. With a powerful speakers, you will enjoy movies, music and videos to fully appreciate the crisp sound. The headphone jack is located conveniently on the bottom, so you don’t have to reach for the phone to take a call. The Kirin 990 draws power from the smartphone via the mains, so when you’re using it for a few hours the battery will start shutting down. Fortunately, you can connect the mains from any USB connection and the battery will last you a few days.

The Huawei P40 features a powerful chipset and comes with four gigabytes of RAM so running applications smoothly is not a problem at all. Android 5.1 is also present, along with Huawei’s own Emulator tools and messaging apps. The Emulator allows you to play different android games including those with the emulators and can be used for playing instore apps. The smart phone runs on an enhanced version of Android OS, which offers you a unique user experience.
